Peak Symmetry Osteopathy was born from a vision to provide holistic, patient-centred care in the Rocky Mountain Communities. Our journey began with a deep appreciation for the body's innate ability to heal and a desire to facilitate that process through gentle, effective osteopathic treatment. The name "Peak Symmetry" reflects our commitment to helping you achieve your optimal state of balance and well-being, allowing you to thrive and reach your peak potential in the mountains and beyond.

Our Team: Brheigh Grant
Brheigh Grant, M.OMSc, is the owner and operator of Peak Symmetry Osteopathy and has been a Banff local for 11 years. She graduated in May 2024 from an intensive 4200 hour program at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy and is a registered member of OSTCAN.
Brheigh is a firm believer in the body’s innate ability to self-heal. Through gentle, non invasive manipulations she seeks to realign the body to create a more ideal environment for the body to heal.
Throughout her investigative treatment process, Brheigh searches for the root cause of restrictions or symptoms that the patient is experiencing. In doing so, she strives to find a more permanent solution for the patient’s health. As a classically trained osteopath, she designs every treatment to cater to the unique needs of each individual patient. No two treatments are the same.
Brheigh also believes that health is a mindset, and that emotional well-being and physical health are closely related. She is just as passionate about restoring the patient’s faith in their own ability to self-heal as she is about facilitating health. Through patient collaboration and education, she aims to draw awareness to the power of the body to recover and thrive.

Community Care Days
We believe quality care should be accessible, and that not having extended health benefits shouldn’t stand in the way of receiving the care you need. A few days each month, we offer Community Care Days with a number of reduced-rate appointments to help make osteopathic care more accessible in our community.
Bedside Treatments
We are happy to offer care off premesis when life gets in the way. Bedside treatment service is available in Banff only for individuals who are physically unable to leave their home or can do so only with extreme difficulty. Appointments are offered by prior arrangement only.
